I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the room service and housekeeping, as they always ensured that everything was perfect. The hotel also had a variety of shops and commercial services available, making it convenient for any needs I had. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, adding to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Gorgeous Grounds and Friendly Staff the hotel's gardens were exquisite, creating an idyllic and peaceful atmosphere. the staff were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the location was perfect for those looking for a relaxing escape, with easy access to nearby attractions and outdoor activities.

Lack of Amenities and Unpleasant Staff Unfortunately, the room lacked necessary amenities such as air conditioning and mosquito nets. housekeeping did not change our towels or sheets during an eight-night stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lush greenery around it. The traditional building was well-preserved, and my comfortable and airy room was impeccably clean. The staff were charming, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious, healthy, and interesting breakfast in the lovely breakfast room. the hotel facilities were excellent, including a fine swimming pool in the ancient vaulted cellar. The location next to nature was serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Great Holiday Experience

The location was perfect with easy access to local landmarks and attractions. The food was delicious with a wide range of options. The swimming pool was a great place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

It would have been better if the room had air conditioning or at least a fan, as the rooms could get quite stuffy. , the church bells on the hour all night could disturb sleep.

We loved the location of the hotel, in the heart of the Bodensee region, surrounded by orchards, vineyards, and beautiful lakeside towns. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the large garden perfect for enjoying a late afternoon bottle of wine. the restaurant's menu and wine list were both excellent and a good value, with German specialties and local wines. the room was clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and high-speed internet.

The hotel lacked some of the expected amenities, such as robes, shampoos, and a tea kettle in the room.
